Board of Directors - Susanne Bowen
Susanne Bowen joins Nellymoser with over 20 years of business and sales experience, she brings a strong background of increasing shareholder value, scaling company development and advancing product strategy. Most recently, Susanne was the CEO of Webhire, Inc., a software company providing talent management solutions. Susanne was responsible for the development and execution of a growth strategy that improved Webhire's market position and that resulted in a transaction selling Webhire to a competitor for over four times its market value just 27 months earlier. Prior to joining Webhire, Susanne held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Services for Workscape, Inc., a leader in the Human Capital Management sector. Previously, Susanne served as Senior Vice President for ENTEX Information Services, a desktop and network systems integrator specializing in outsourcing solutions.
Susanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Active in the Boston area, she is a partner at Social Venture Partners, and a member of both The Boston Club and The Commonwealth Institute.
