Nellymoser is seeking a friendly and extroverted Client Relations Associate to help manage and set up accounts and provide phone, email and online support for our growing customer base of clients in publishing, fashion, retail, and consumer goods.

We’re looking for a Client Relations Associate with the following skills:

Relationship Building

Working with our amazing staff, you’ll be responsible for helping shepherd our clients from quote to a live mobile campaign. You’ll take over as soon as a quote is approved. You’ll help our clients establish specific campaign goals, ensure a delivery schedule and project flow if necessary, ensure requirements and assets are delivered, the service is built, QA’d and delivered on time. The Client relations team is responsible for continued relations and support. Tact, diplomacy, patience and persistence are key character traits. Verbal and written communications (both internal and external) need to be clear, efficient and compelling.

Project Management

You’ll need to be as organized as you are articulate and comfortable creating schedules and processes to organize and follow through with multiple clients. This means a fondness for checklists, spreadsheets, and the like.

Internet and Mobile Web Knowledge

We’re a turn-key hosted platform and we deploy campaigns for non-technical clients. Although our platform makes launching campaigns fast and efficient, you will need a solid knowledge of the mobile web and design best practices, not to mention a thorough understanding of our platform and systems. You’ll have the superior skills and patience to support clients with various levels of technical ability and understanding, from technophobes to techies. Previous HTML, Photoshop, training or technical writing experience a plus.

Help and Support

Manage resolution of all help and support issues via cheerful communication and responsive follow through. Prioritize numerous issues of varying severity, and effectively manage the resolution of all issues within accepted service levels. Track issues and identify trends and communicate those with peers and management. Previous technical support, teaching, or training experience a plus.

Analytics

Run campaign reports on a regular basis for clients. Work with engineering and sales team to analyze campaign activity, understand best practices, and uncover opportunities for future growth. Requires solid Excel experiences. Familiarity with common web analytics tools a plus.

    task and consistently meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be extremely comfortable working with software developers and in a technology environment.
  • Must be able to understand and appreciate the features and benefits of the products and services.
  • Must be extremely comfortable using personal computing technology and software.
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to manage time without constant supervision. Must be extremely detail-oriented.
  • Bachelors Degree required
