Wingate Explores Delivery of Rich Media Content At Panel: "The Small Screen Gets Bigger - TV, Film, Animation, and Video"
WHAT: Dick Wingate, President and Chief Content Officer of Nellymoser, Inc., the leading provider of software and managed services for creating, controlling and connecting rich media on mass market mobile devices, will discuss the music and entertainment industry's move to mobile at a Billboard Mobile Entertainment Content, Commerce & Application Conference (MECCA). Using his vast experience in the music and technology worlds, he will draw upon case studies and provide insight into what innovations are coming this year and next. This professional event will take place the day before the annual CTIA Wireless 2006, which starts April 5 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Nellymoser will have a booth at CTIA, #2653LL in the M-tertainment Pavilion.
Before joining Nellymoser, Wingate was president of content and programming for Digital Transactions Machines, Inc., an interactive systems provider for in-store delivery of digital products and services for clients including McDonald's Corp., and 7-Eleven Stores. Previously, Wingate helped pioneer the digital music business during his years as senior vice president, content development, at Liquid Audio, Inc. He played an integral role in bringing the company public in 1999. His in-depth experience in the music and recording industry includes senior positions for companies such as BMG Entertainment, Arista, PolyGram, Epic and Columbia Records.
