NELLYMOSER'S DANIEL WEST TO ADDRESS RAPID GROWTH OF USER GENERATED CONTENT AND HOW BRANDS ARE MOVING TO MOBILE
WHAT: Daniel West, Vice President, Marketing, of Nellymoser, Inc., the leading mobile media & service delivery platform provider, will participate in the Mobile Content Revolution panel at the Heavy Reading Links 2006 Executive Summit being held Nov. 15 and 16, 2006. Using his industry experience, West will highlight how consumers are interacting with mobile, what they want from the experience and what they are willing to pay. He will also talk about current revenue models and show how large media and entertainment companies are breaking into the market.
West brings experience in wireless, broadband, brand marketing and media markets to Nellymoser. He founded BigBoard Networks, a broadband wireless media and content management solutions company. Prior to BigBoard, West served as vice president of strategic marketing for ITEC Entertainment where he headed marketing and new ventures, including the launch of The ITEC Network, a pioneer mobile broadcast network acquired by Canadian media company Torstar. He has also held executive and management positions at Cyberplay, Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery and Barclays Bank PLC.
